Road Closures

  • 4th Street Work – 1/1/23

Public access will be closed beginning 1/1/23 and will re-open/close throughout the month. Access will be available to residences within the closed area throughout the duration of work.

- South of Maxwell to alley – closed 1/3 – 1/6 & 1/9 – 1/23

- North of Maxwell to alley – 1/1 – 1/16 & 1/18 – 1/23



4TH STREET WORK/ROAD CLOSURE UPDATE 1/13/23

  • New dates: Monday 1/16/23 through Wednesday 1/18/23. There is a small possibility of clean up work on Thursday.

    • The entrance to the jobsite will be shut down as will 4th Street on both sides of Maxwell. Revised traffic control plan below.

  • Water Shut Down: Tuesday 1/17/23, 8:00 am - 4:00 pm. Any building along 4th street between Maxwell and Mapleton will be without water during this time. All affected properties will receive notification from the public utility provider/contractor. The contractor will make every effort to turn water supply back on before the estimated restoration time of 4pm.
